Décor enthusiasts! We’ve got good news. Bold Monkey accepts payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact, KBC, Cartes Bancaires, Giropay and Sofort.
Additional charges such as VAT and other taxes and duties are included in the advertised prices.

Shipping

At this time, we currently only ship to the following European countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands. If your country is not listed, please check our store locator to see if there are stores nearby stocking pieces from the Bold Monkey collection. Otherwise, drop us a line if you’d like to see Bold Money expand into your home country.

In other good news, Bold Monkey is pleased to offer free shipping for orders over €50. For any orders under €50, the shipping fee will be:

Netherlands: € 6,95
Belgium: € 9,95
Luxembourg: € 14,99
Germany: € 8,95
France: € 14,99 (for orders below € 60 and € 75 for orders above € 600)

Delivery

The following delivery times apply for all orders (except our Limited Edition pieces and any out-of-stock items):

Benelux: 2 - 3 business days
Germany: 5 - 7 business days
France: 5 - 7 business days

Benelux
We deliver at the home address that is listed when creating the order. This means there should be somebody at home when we deliver. If no one is there, the package will be delivered to a PostNL collection point the same day, or the following morning for evening deliveries.Changing the delivery slot is possible using the track & trace system.

Germany
We deliver at the home address that is listed when creating the order. This means there should be somebody at home when we deliver. If no one is there, the package will be offered again the next day. Changing the delivery slot is possible using the track & trace system.

How to place an order

On Boldmonkey.com, it’s super easy to place an order:

  1. Go to the product you like
  2. Click Add to Cart
  3. Your product is added to cart and you can continue shopping
  4. Click on the shopping cart to view and edit your order
  5. Once you’re happy with your cart, click Go to Checkout and proceed through the remaining steps
  6. At the end of step 2 Review & Payments, click on Pay order. By clicking you confirm the order, and will be redirected to the Multisafepay payment page
  7. Changing your order is only possible before going to the MultiSafepay payment screen
  8. After the successful completion of your payment, your order will be officially placed. Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation and invoice
  9. Congratulations! You’ve successfully placed an order with Bold Monkey
